I’ve been in the business for over 20 years. My father was a builder & contractor, so I’ve always had an interest in real estate my entire life. A lot of the complex situations I come across are simple common sense to me. It’s a fun business because I know the solutions to many problems I’ve come across. I understand the rules of playing this game and I know how all the prices fit into the puzzle.

To operate at a high level in this business for over 20 years, you have to constantly challenge yourself to learn all facets of the business. That’s why I’ve leaned on education. I am a Broker, I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations. On top of that, I am a Licensed Mortgage Professional. To earn these designations, require extensive education and a history of being a Top Producer in the Industry.

I believe that you must exceed your own expectations before you can exceed your clients’ expectations. The key to my success is building trust with clients. I can see the problems that they are trying to solve on the buying and selling sides as well as from the mortgage side. In addition, I can explain things so that a complex and emotional situation becomes an easy decision for them.
